Very cute

"Minami-kun no Koibito" ('Minami's Lover') is about two high school sweethearts: Chiyomi (Fukada Kyoko) and Minami (Ninomiya Kazunari) who go to a Chinese restaurant after school to have noodles. They both enjoy their noodles and then each have a fortune cookie. Chiyomi's fortune says that if she stays will Minami, great things will happen for him. The both of them must always be together. But if they part, then it will not be good. One day, they break up and Chiyomi falls into the ocean. When she wakes up, she is a miniature, she is even small than a bird. She manages to find Minami, he is shocked when he sees her. He takes her to his home and tries to figure out a way to try to help her to restore her back to her normal size. He takes care of all her needs and protects her by not letting anyone know what happened to her. Ninomiya Kazunari is very cute in this drama. As a sweet, shy, average student, who is always trying his best. Fukada Kyoko is very sweet, as like in most of her past roles. I think this drama is very cute, but wish the ending was different. |
