MISIA's best yet
| MISIA is capable of creating perfect J-Pop gems and she delivers several of them on this two-disc package. In particular, both of the songs on the "Any Love" disc are well-crafted, state-of-the-art pop tunes with MISIA singing at the top of her game. Track 6, for very good reason is well-known to all fans of J-Pop; its melody is memorable and MISIA's vocals are unmistakable. Track 12 is a timeless showstopper in the vein of Frank Sinatra's "My Way". MISIA, however, is a frustrating artist, one who sometimes settles for forgettable songs or regrettable oversinging, and we find those failings present in a few of these songs. Nonetheless, this collection is by far her best to date and I can recommend it highly for her fans. |

Love&Ballads + ANY LOVE

I bought this best album by curiosity. In fact, I had the good surprise to discover a package which contains the compilation Love&Ballads and the single ANY LOVE. If you was planning to buy any of these CDs, I recommend to you to buy this package instead, because of the price ! - The Love&Ballads compilation is really pleasant to listen. - The ANY LOVE single is really touching, especially when you watch the two MV featured on the enhanced CD. You will discover Africa through MISIA's eyes. |
