Love the CD & the Videos. Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This is a great album. Ayu's music sounds similar to Metal than Pop these days. My favorite videos are alterna and Ladies Night. Alterna is a weird video with scary clowns and puppet strings. Ladies Night is a fast paced song and in the video Dictator Ayu preaches propaganda to an army of clones.

The Magic Is Not Lost Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
My second purchase at an Asian store in Denver. I had heard almost every single except for 'alterna' and had a very good feeling about the CD. I loved it! It was great inspiration/motivation music for my writings! Every song has something special, but my favorite song off this album is 'STEP you' and my favorite video on the DVD is 'fairyland' (followed closely by 'rainy day'). '(miss)understood' shows that Ayu has not lost any of the magic she brings out in her music.

awesome album Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

I have heard of the songs from this album and was not sure if the new songs was gonna be any good. But i was wrong. The whole album is just as good as all the others. Cute front cover and both rock and pop songs.

IT ROCKS! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I think that this is one of Ayu's best albums yet! There is a variety in all the songs, each song is a different genre which makes every song stand out and shine. "Bold & Delicious" is just a song that you have to hear to understand. It's really awesome. "STEP you" is a VERY catchy pop song that anyone would love. "Ladies Night" is another pop song that sounds more "80's". "is this LOVE?" is a rock ballad type song, VERY rock. "(miss)understood" is an awesome rock song, the guitars sound wicked, and so does Ayu's singing. "alterna" is sort of a freakier rock song, but many people adore it. My friend's boyfriend HATES pop/j-pop but he loves this song with a passion. "In the corner" - I actually don't like this song very much but my friends all seem to. I guess its kind of catchy. It's not a rock song, its more like a mysterious song... "criminal" is one of my favorites, its an awesome ballad type song (but not too slow) that has lots of piano and violins! "Pride" is a nice ballad with a choir. "Will" is a Japanese traditional sounding song, I LOVE it! "HEAVEN" is the best ballad of the year, for sure. Next come the best pop songs of the album "fairyland" and "beautiful day"! Both of them sound very summery and awesome.. I just love them! Finally we have "rainy day", a sweet ballad that's perfect to end the album. Now, look at that DVD tracklist! How can you go wrong with that? It contains SO much! Go ahead and spoil yourself!

Wow, absolutely amazing!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Ayu is an amazing artist (we all knew that). All of the songs in the album are just amazing and gorgeous. The are two instrumentals too, [tasking] & [Are You Wake Up?]. AYWU? plays on the main menu of the DVD too. The videos are nice, but I like [Bold & Delicious] the most. If you don't have this album, by the CD+DVD now! You may even get the gorgeous [on my way] photobook (as I did get it). It is all worth of buying. Especially when Ayu is so cute in the little booklet and in [Bold & Delicious -SIDE STORY- (album. ver.)]!! And you get a little comedy too with the making ofs.

Over all a pretty OKAY album.. Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
Okay, first off I really used to be a TOTAL Ayu worshipper. I'd listen to just about ANY crap she released. Ever since Bold & Delicious (01) single I've been a little more decerning.

I bought this album because I really liked the other 3 singles: STEP you(02)/ is this LOVE?(04), fairyland (14)/alterna (06), and HEAVEN (12)/Will (11)
If you really want in depth reviews on the singles go read what ohers have to say.

My friend owned the CD already for some time. When I first heard Ladies Night (03) I didn't really like it that much, but when she showed me the video and I had some kind of association to go with it, I liked the song alot more. Bold & Delicious grows on you even if you thought it was completely annoying before, although it's still not my favourite song.

Mainly I bought the album because I wanted the songs on 1 CD and because I wanted the videos too. Besides the single songs I really enjoyed In The Corner (07) and the progressive track Are You Wake Up? (13) I haven't liked one of those transitional tracks so much since LOVEppears!

I wanted to know this before I bought the album so I will write it in for other customers: THE PHOTOBOOK IS IN FACT THE SIZE OF THE CD CASE! So it's not like you're getting something bulky that will make your package bigger and more likely to be charged customs fees.

Basically the only difference I could see between the Japan version and Overseas version (besides the quality of paper & Chinese lyrics included) is that the Japan version had tabs to hold the lyric booklet in place next to the music disc. It's not a huge difference, but I would have preferred it that way, as those lyric books are ALWAYS getting in the way when I close my CD cases that are dual discs.

Over all it's a good album, not as good as My Story, but still very good (and if you get the CD + DVD you don't have to see that SCARY smile that AYU has on the CD disc only cover.)

okay..i have to admit i didn't hear all of the songs in her album..so i can't give that much of a rating..but i wanna review on how great the singles were..i jsut didn't wanan spend my time giving ratings on all the singles in this album..i just wanna say..alterna..heaven..fairyland..were one of the 3 best songs i've heard from ayumi..the first song i've heard from ayumi was fly high..and it was amazing..now i have 3 more songs to enjoy from her..heaven is a slow track..love how the music blends together w/her voice..for alterna..i like the orchestra version better..cause it her voice and melody work more together in this format..i didn't really enjoy the song w/all the guitars and everything..as for fairyland..lovely..brings a differ techno feel..starts of slow..and quite up beat during the chorus...for these 3 songs..i give a 10/10..but as i haven't hear the rest of the album..i'll only give it a 7 overall

One Of Ayumi's Best Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
In my opinion this is a GREAT album... there are so many fun songs to listen too! I fell in love with this album the second that I heard it! Ayumi rocks it with " Is this Love?" ~ a total favorite of the album~ but she also has a lot of fun with " Bold And Delicious~ then kicks it off slowly with " Heaven" and I have to say that I didn't like Fairyland very much AT FIRST but I came to love it the more that I listened to the album the more the song grew on me!!
All in all the Album is great!!!!

Bold & Delicious? DEFINITELY! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is the best album I have EVER heard. Seriously, Ayumi has done it again. To be honest, I had only listened to a few tracks of hers and only owned 'My Story' (which I must say, is also an outstanding piece of work) but as soon as I pre-ordered this album, received it, and then played it oh-so loud on my stereo, I was gobsmacked at how better Ayumi had become since 'My Story'.

I think the greatest thing about this album, and which makes it stand out from any other J-Pop album, is the fact that she doesn't belong to just one genre/type of music. This album ranges from pure J-Pop (e.g. 'Fairyland', 'Step YOU', 'Bold & Delicious') to J-Rock (e.g. 'is this LOVE?', 'Alterna'), electro-pop ('Ladie's Night') to smooth and beautiful ballads (e.g. 'Criminal', 'Heaven').
Another reason why I think this album is fantastic is that it is worth your money. Ayumi again has worked sooo hard to create this brilliant album and has given us 16 amazing tracks aswell as a photo album! :)
I love EVERY track on this album because they're so unique, catchy and just...well...brilliant!! It's a shame she doesn't get recognised in England but she DEFINITELY is the ultimate Queen of JPOP!! She just keeps getting better and better and every song she creates, shows her passion for her talent!

Ayu inspired me again! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Improvements are shown in this great album!Ayu greeted Happy new year with this album and the songs inside are greatest ever-variety of instruments and styles. Bold/Delicious is not Ayu-like,but I appreciate the thickness of her sound-much better than her first album and A Best. fairy land, step you, Heaven and rainy day are my favourite songs from this album.

The MTVs are great, but the My name is woman is missing there...which I think is the most creative MTV in 2005.

Enjoy it!IT IS A MUST BUY!!!
