韓國影壇繼《Voice of a Murderer》和《追擊者》後又一矚目懸疑犯罪片之作，2009年《The Missing》(失蹤)是《Two Cops》編導 Kim Sung Hong 第一部執導筒之作。故事中由資深演員文盛瑾扮演心理變態的雙面人，在溫文儒雅的姿態中暗藏殘暴不仁的殺機，眾受害者經歷觸目驚心的綁架和虐待後，在被殺前誓死掙扎要存。《美人圖》和《死生決斷》女星秋瓷炫為了拯救被綁架的妹妹而誓死向連環殺手宣戰。

Hyun Jung (秋瓷炫飾) 因臥病的妹妹 Hyun Ah (《夏娃的誘惑之她的誘惑》Jeon Se Hyung 飾)失蹤多日而擔心不已。在四出打探之後，她得知妹妹在失蹤之前到訪到一小村落，而一切的疑點均指向一戶養雞的中年農民 Pan Gon (文盛瑾飾)身上。她想盡辦法要求警方協助，但警方卻拒她於門外。另一邊廂，被綁架數天的 Hyun Ah 遭人困在籠內，並被虐待至垂死掙扎之中。為了拯救受害的妹妹，Hyun Jung 決定不惜一切……

內容簡介

When a Film Director takes a popular young actress to the countryside to discuss a new role, they stop at an isolated restaurant known for its privacy and discretion. But what they don't know is that the owner is a recluse and social outcast with a very dark secret.

Jealous of the starlet's beauty and insulted by her disdainful treatment of him, he ruthlessly strangles the director and imprisons the girl in the basement.
