今回は、「機動戦士ガンダムOO」シリーズの総集編3部作をDVDでリリース。本作は「機動戦士ガンダムOO」2ndシーズン前半を再編集したスペシャルエディションである。

2312年、ソレスタルビーイングと国連軍の最終決戦から4年の月日が流れようとしていた。そんななか、地球連邦政府は反政府勢力への弾圧を強め、統一の名のもと、国家の統合と人類の意思統一を進めていく。宇宙技術者の道に進んだ沙慈も、コロニーでの反政府勢力"カタロン"の捕虜救出作成に巻き込まれ、否応なく改革の波に巻き込まれていく。その作戦の最中、沙慈は刹那と偶然の再会を果たすのだが…。
