Like Stephen King's Carrie, our heroine Anna (Maggie Q) is an innocent-looking girl with lethal psychic powers. Anna was born half of a pair of Siamese twins conjoined at the head. Whenever she feels upset, her body undergoes some terrifying changes - a demonic face sprouts on her head with an urge to kill! Beautiful as she looks normally, Anna is not quite popular with some of her classmates at the modeling school, who have hatched a plan to ridicule her.
