Groovy variety... I like it
|
It's interesting to see a 5-star review followed by a 1-star review. Depending on your musical taste and/or if you're comparing it to something else, I can understand that. Sometime's it's just funny. Anyways, I really liked the rhythms of these songs. The variety is what I like best. I'm the kind of person who likes going thru the whole CD instead of just 1 song. This is one of them. I had to buy this after they came to Seattle during their US tour. "I had to get it." :D |

Great

I don't understand very well how a fan of DCT wouldn't like this album. It has great melodies and Miwa's vocals are gorgeous as usual. it has a pair of tracks that don't call my attention much, but then it has absolutely great tracks for example "24/7", "puraito nante shiranai", "crystal vine", "kanon"... Well, it's really worth it. It's a very creative album. |

Oh, How The Mighty Have Fallen...
|
This is the second worst DCT album I've ever heard ("The Monster" was the first one). The only thing that saved this album from being 13 songs of completely unlistenable trash was "Crystal Vine." I have no idea what Miwa and King Masa (shyeah! as if!) are trying to do, but it's not working. I'm trying to keep an open mind about their new direction, but I'd expect this kind of tone-deaf caterwauling out of Keiko or Amuro (or, for that matter, any pop singer produced by TK).That those noises are coming out of Miwa Yoshida's mouth is unforgivable. I'm beginning to wonder whether Takahiro Nishikawa knew what was coming and bailed out. I'm not saying they should try to make another "Swinging Star" (nobody could ever top that one), but DCT is not, and hopefully never will be, a hip-hop act. Virgin America should never have tried to change what these guys were, and Miwa and Masato never should have let them do it. Sony Music Japan must be laughing all the way to the bank... |

Pleasantly Surprised
|
When I first got this cd for Christmas, I was really excited because I love Dancing Stage feat. DCT, but when I listened to the tracks, I was dissapointed and put the cd in the back of my collection. But on a trip I just had, I put this in my bag and really enjoyed it. Plus the monkey tail is so cute!!! |
