Pixar studio's fourth feature film "Monsters Inc." stretches the computer animation format in terms of both technical complexity and emotional impact. Co-directed by Pete Doctor, David Silverman and Lee Unkrich, the story which is based on the Pixar ("Toy Story") blueprint, presents you an imaginative scenario, fun characters, and ace comic timing.

In order to keep the hidden world of "Monstropolis" running, "Sulley" a blue-furred monster, often goes to the human world to scare kids. One day, Sulley and the one-eyed "Mike Wazowski" meet a two-year-old baby girl dubbed "Boo" in the human world, and accidentally brings her to the Monstropolis...

This Cantonese dubbed version is voiced by Kenny Bee, Rain Lee, Lui Yu-yeung and DJ Sammy.

Funny, sweet, and classic. A timeless show. Boo is adoreable. A story from a different perspective: the monsters'. After this, there is no need to be afraid of the monster under the bed or the sounds coming from the closet. Good for all ages.

i don't know how the mandarin/cantonese is like, but i saw the english version in theater and I LOVE IT!!! i even bought the movie on video!!!! I reccommend it for every disney movies lovers!!! Oh, ICE AGE is also hilarious!!! The poor squirrel (heheheh)...When will he ever get his acorn?

Monster inc. is much better film than Ice Age.
Hope the Hk verison has "THX" certified, not just only DTS or 5.1 dolby :(

I can't believe what I saw below... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I can't believe the ratings on this item when I saw it. It was very brainless... The movie has more than one audio options and subtitle options. If you don't like the Cantonese or Mandarin track, switch over to the English track and watch the movie with Chinese subtitle!! It's a good movie, do not be deceived by the review below!

terrible sound effects. kenny bee chung cant even speak chinese. my 6 years old brother can talk better. he doesnt even enjoy it.....NO WAY.
