Intelligent, funny, and adorable, MONSTERS, INC. is an ideal addition to Disney's line of read-along DVDs. Billy Crystal and John Goodman make a fiercely funny comedic team as job partners and best friends, Mike (Crystal)--a little green guy with one huge eyeball, and Sulley (Goodman)--a big purple and blue fuzzy guy with dinosaur spikes down his back. Mike and Sully work at MONSTERS, INC., a gigantic corporation that captures the screams of little children and turns them into energy. To make the children scream, the monsters must enter each child's bedroom through the closet door, then deliver a frightening affront. The only problem is, kids aren't scared anymore. And because of this problem, Monsters, Inc. is in a jam. But when one little girl, Boo (Mary Gibbs), follows Sully through her closet door and into the factory, she brings an even more dire issue to the fore: the monsters are actually terrified of children.
This special Read-Along DVD presents the story so that children can read and sing along in five different languages, all while learning new words with the help of the disc's vocabulary aid.

Family fun
| Funny, sweet, and classic. A timeless show. Boo is adoreable. A story from a different perspective: the monsters'. After this, there is no need to be afraid of the monster under the bed or the sounds coming from the closet. Good for all ages. |

GREAT!!!
| i don't know how the mandarin/cantonese is like, but i saw the english version in theater and I LOVE IT!!! i even bought the movie on video!!!! I reccommend it for every disney movies lovers!!! Oh, ICE AGE is also hilarious!!! The poor squirrel (heheheh)...When will he ever get his acorn? |

Great Movie
|
Monster inc. is much better film than Ice Age. Hope the Hk verison has "THX" certified, not just only DTS or 5.1 dolby :( |

I can't believe what I saw below...
| I can't believe the ratings on this item when I saw it. It was very brainless... The movie has more than one audio options and subtitle options. If you don't like the Cantonese or Mandarin track, switch over to the English track and watch the movie with Chinese subtitle!! It's a good movie, do not be deceived by the review below! |
