THE BEST!!
| This is my favorite movie of all time and the best I've ever seen. The acting was great and the plot was awesome. I was able to understand the entire movie. Gackt and Hyde are REALLY REALLY hot in the movie (Hyde especially *note Hyde fangirlism*). Anyways the movie had the great mix of tragedy, action, and comedy which made the movie very exciting. Also the wardrobe, setting, and special effects are awesome. Buy the movie you won't regret it. |

Better than what I heard.

People were making this movie seem pretty bad, but I didn't see what was so bad about it. The action scenes were good, but I liked the relationship between Sho (Gackt) and Kei (Hyde), which by the way, wasn't in any way homo-erotic. I guess it was just the Gackt/Hyde fangirls who made it seem like they were in love in the movie. Anyway, it was more dramatic than expected. When you're first watching it, it kind of seems more comedical than dramatic, but it changes as it moves along. I reccommend it, it definitely isn't as bad as some people say.. |

The film altogether

When I saw this film for the first time, I was mostly pleased with all the action. The way Gackt moves and shoots in this film really made me amazed! Hyde is brilliant too, I think that the film must have took some really good thought and effort to create this wonderful film and that the director picked good some actors like Gackt, Hyde and You as well as good actresses. I'm huge fan of Gackt, Hyde and You! I love this film very much, best film I've ever seen ^__^ |

Ah, Gackt-san!

I loved this movie so much. I bought it because Gackt was in it, but that's not the only good thing about it. HYDE is great too as Kei. His voice is so good when he's singing that song, and his acting was so great. When he did the scene where Gackt (a.k.a. Sho) starts crying, he was so totally believable and (I hate to say it) angsty. So cool. The plot is great too, don't believe those people who say it has no plot. While I'm still a little confused about whether they knew Leehom (Son) before they met him in the movie since Sho's brother was hanging out at Yi-Che's store, that was the only non-scensical part. And Gackt, HYDE, and Leehom more than make up for that. Gackt was so funny. (Ha ha, he got hit in the face with an unlit cigarette!) His English sounds kind of weird, but there are subtitles for understanding it. I cried at the end. I haven't done that during a movie in...a long time. The photo! Oh, I'm gonna cry again. Buy this movie! If you like comedy, action, romance, bittersweet stories, Gackt, HYDE, or vampires, you'll love it! If you don't like any of these things, well, you're one weird teenager/young adult. |

very good
| i expected it to be another shallow action flick... however, i was wrong. this film had good drama in it. the character developments were very good too. i liked how the director portrayed Kei and Gackt's relationship... it is very touching and has a special touch to it. the story line is well-developed and make viewers respect human nature more... |

| This is definitely the best movie I've ever seen, and I strongly recommend you to buy it. As for me, I don't usually like HYDE when he's in L'arc~en~Ciel, but he's the most beautiful character in the entire movie...! "WOW" is everything I can say. The movie has funny scenes, as well as a whole lot of tragic scenes. I cried for about an hour after I saw it my first time, and now, I still do. I really like the screwed humour which is in this one, can't get enough of it. :)Strongly recommended. |

Incredible movie!
| When I first found out that there was a movie staring Hyde and Gackt, of course I needed to see it. But the movie itself is excellent, Hyde and Gackt just add to it to make it superb. It has a wonderful storyline, great special effects. I never knew Hyde and Gackt were such good actors! They do an incredible job in the movie. |

AWESOME !
| Moon Child is one of my all time favourite movies and I have watched it over 7 times. Everytime I watch the movie, I discover something new that I did not notice when I watched it the previous times, so it's really great! I seriously never get bored of the movie, the plot is excellent! The movie just takes control of your emotions once you hit the play button. The story goes from a bright happy mood, to a gloomy and sad mood. It's great how the movie is able to get sympathy from the viewers. The acting is also what makes this movie so great. Hyde and Gackt really portrayed their characters really well! I can go on forever, talking about how great this movie is, but to sum everything up, the movie is wicked awesome!!! I totally recommend this movie to everyone! |

| This movie touches base beyond your typical 'Vampire' movie. It portrays a sort of relation that humans can have with that of the 'supernatural'. I like it because it has more of a realistic taste to it. Everyone should see something as unusual as this sometime.. |

FOR GACKT OR HYDE FANS ONLY!
| Moonchild is nothing but eye candy for Gackt or HYDE fans(that includes me) anyway, the plot was full of hole and lacked any substance, it relied on "time-warps" to advance the movie, not plot. The little action that was in it was not great and and the acting in it was ok at best. This movie is for Gackt/HYDE fans only. |
