Taiwan's versatile singer/actor Ma Nien Hsien returns to his root with his new single Mr. 18! The former frontman of Sticky Rice has surely kept himself busy. In addition to producing other singers, composing for films and commercials, he could still find time for acting, such as his popular roles in the blockbuster movie Cape No. 7 and TV drama Story of Time. In 2009, Ma is commissioned to tailor-make a theme song for the "18 Copper Men" advertising campaign for a traditional Chinese pharmaceutical brand repackaged as a street fashion label. With this single, Ma goes back to his origin, performing the funny and funky disco number "Gold Body Doesn't Die" in his unique comical style.
