After a hiatus of nearly two years, the adept rapper is back with his highly anticipated new release. Mr. Almost sees MC Hotdog spreading his critical view on the modern society via his signature rap and hip-hop tracks. Among the album's featured tracks are "Thanks Yahoo" (Track 5), "Please Clap" (Track 8), and the titular Mr. Almost (Track 2).

This edition comes as a double CD consisting of the main CD and Rap D.I.Y, a CD containing the instrumentals from the album. Limited to 1000 copies with MC Hotdog's personal autograph.
