Targeted for the younger generation of viewers, My Mom! Super Mom! is a coming-of-age drama that depicts the struggles and triumphs of Korean teenagers in a society where great emphasis is placed on their academic achievement. The drama humorously looks at the growing problems brought on by the tremendous growth in private education in Korea which is found to contribute greatly to the deterioration of family ties. While offering gentle guidance on rebuilding family relationships, the drama addresses some of the outrageous things moms will do in the name of education, and how all that craziness is perceived by their young but savvy teenagers.

Leading the platoon of overachiever moms is Shim Hye Jin (Come Back Soon-Ae!) who aptly juggles her role as a doting mother and a career woman. Her goofy and happy-go-lucky teenage son is played by newcomer Jin Won, most recognizable for his role as Cha Seung Won's son in the 2007 film My Son. Jin's love interest is played by Park Min Ji whose starring role in the 2005 romantic comedy Jenny, Juno helped raise her stature as one of the most promising talents in Chungmuro. Interestingly, the young couple took their relationship off-screen which created some media buzz after the drama's broadcast.

只愛打扮卻不想唸書的崔強(陳沅飾)生命中有兩個女人：
一位是他最害怕的女人--媽媽(沈惠珍飾)，另一位則是同學--姜恩琪(庾莉飾)。
某一天恩琪發現，每天傳一些歌詞簡訊的人就是崔強，崔強本想利用這次機會跟她告白，但恩琪並不把他當異性看，為避免尷尬場面，崔強謊稱自己喜歡的人是另一個女孩吳彩琳(朴敏智飾)，剛好彩琳偷聽兩人的對話，就此展開三個高中生戀情…。

第一集:
工作完畢回到家的阿強媽媽，看到白天就開始睡懶覺的崔強，氣得把他的床墊給搬到家門口，還擺了一台小冰箱在他房間裡，叫他不准出來喝水，只能待在房裡讀書。受不了媽媽囉嗦的阿強跑出家門，不知不覺走到了同班同學恩琦家門口，因為太過緊張，不小心踩到鞋帶跌倒，恩琦擔心的急忙跑過來看崔強有沒有受傷。崔強暗戀恩琦很久了，卻一直不敢說出口，只好用簡訊傳達自己的心意，但都沒有顯示號碼。恩琦的好朋友吳彩琳有一天偷看到了崔強的手機，知道了那個一直發簡訊給恩琦的人就是崔強。崔強因為恩琦說無法接受他的心意，因此騙恩琦說自己喜歡的是彩琳，這番話卻被彩琳聽到...

崔強的母親 高敏珠 / 沈惠珍 飾 (43歲)
高敏珠是個超級媽媽，為了家庭與子女教育可說是不擇手段。雖然與怪癖的婆婆以及無能的丈夫一起生活，但是她的個性開朗樂觀。她是家事與事業都做的很完美的超級媽媽，因為心急直快的性格，有時讓別人誤會，但她是感情豐富的純情派。

崔強 / 陳沅 飾 (17歲 高一男)
崔強雖然書讀得不好，但卻擁有爽朗的個性，將來的夢想是成為動作巨星。專長是運動和愛玩，興趣是追求流行。健忘症很嚴重，所以很容易掉東西，雖然每次讓媽媽血壓升高，但是特有的厚臉皮和樂觀的個性，總是能躲過所有的危機。

姜恩琦 /友莉 飾 (17歲 高一女)
姜恩琦是個成熟的獨生女，由於有個不懂事的媽媽，因此讓她個性早熟，她很了解單親媽媽的辛苦與寂寞，有時候媽媽喝醉了，她就隔天早上煮解酒湯的體貼女兒。但是她也跟一般高中生一樣對自己的未來很煩惱。

吳彩琳是個個性難搞事事都要求完美的少女。固執外貌底下有著國際的思想與堅強的個性。 自尊心很強的她，對事情的反應都表現得很強烈，雖然小的時候媽媽叫她做什麼她就做什麼，但現在卻對於這些討厭的要死。她雖然外表上看起來很男生，但 內心裡卻有著小女生的個性，她也不知道什麼時候開始喜歡上崔強。

崔勳 / 金天空 飾 (17歲 高一男)
