Namie Amuro Tour "Genius 2000" Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Namie Amuro's "Genius 2000" Tour is well deserving of high marks! There are a total of eighteen wonderful performances in this concert, which runs for 110 minutes. During the opening, there are shots of Namie hard at work perfecting the dance moves, and we even get a glimpse of her talking with her husband, Sam, from TRF. All the while, we hear Namie deliver a nicely put introduction. The beginning of the concert is amazing. Namie truly opens with a bang with the first performance, "toi et moi," which is the song for one of the Pokemon movies. However, instead of including the english lyrics originally in the song, high energy dance moves are inserted. This once again reminds us of how Namie is such an incredible entertainer. Her ability to sing and dance at the same time while maintaining a strong and controlled voice remains as mesmerizing as ever. Every song performed in this concert is great. Included in the performance are songs from her "Genius 2000" album and some of her older songs like "toi et moi" and "Body Feels EXIT." The dance moves are beautifully choreographed and executed, and the expressions on Namie's face when she sings reveal so much feeling in her music. It's apparent that Namie has grown along with her music, and it can be heard not only in her "Genius 2000" songs, but in her older songs as well. She truly gives all her songs new life in this concert, and that's a feat deserving of respect. The whole concert is really exciting. The staff gets very creative with the yellow butterflies, which we find on the cover of her "Genius 2000" album. It's a beautiful site that you seriously can't miss out on! Further on, the crowd gets really excited (or would crazy be a more accurate term) when Namie walks off the stage to personally greet her audience. People start crowding at this point, and it's really funny seeing them jump all over themselves. As great as this concert is to watch, one can't possibly imagine how amazing it would have been to actually be there. This concert is filled with so much excitement and outstanding performances that anyone watching it would wish s/he were there.

THIS IS A VERY HIGH ENERGY CONCERT!!! SHE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND HAS GREAT RANGE IN HER SINGING. SHE CAN SING A BALLAD TO A POP DANCE SONG WITH THE BEST OF 'EM. THE ONLY FAULT OF THIS PRODUCT IS SLIGHTLY VCD PICTURE QUALITY.

Oh Namie!!! This vcd says it ALL about Namie's music career...simply "OUTSTANDING" performance from Namie...Honestly, I had never heard any of her songs until my friend showed me this vcd...it overwhelms me of how she came back with so much love about her music and great appreciation for her fans. Grab this collection before it goes out of stock...MUST BUY FOR YOU JPOP FANS!!!

Amuro Namie Genius 2000 Concert Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This concert was the best. All of my fave songs were performed at this concert. There is also a lot of dancing and better cHoreography in this concert. Some of my fave performances were Toi Et Moi, Still In Love, Next To You, Something 'Bout The Kiss, Mi Corazon, and Love 2000. This concert is the best and I love Namie!
