スーパー・アイドル・グループ、モーニング娘。のオリジナル・メンバーとして"モー娘。"を引っ張り、2004年1月の横浜アリーナ公演でグループを卒業した安倍なつみ。ソロとしてアルバムをリリース、ミュージカルの座長、連続ドラマの主演、バラエティ司会を務めるなど、卒業後も活躍の場を広げている。本作には、2006年10月11日に東京Shibuya O-EASTにて行われた安倍なつみアコースティック・ライブの模様を収録。シングル「甘すぎた果実」購入者得点イベントとして行われたこの日のライブでは、普段のコンサートやテレビとはひと味違い、等身大の安倍なつみをより身近に感じられる素朴なステージを展開。本作では、そんなライブの模様を余すところ無く収録。彼女の新たな魅力をたっぷりと味わうことができる内容となっている。
