Not that great...
|
They aren't really that great like all the reviews are saying. Their genre of music is more like "Twins" or "Boy`z" (whom I've never really liked all that much). If you're into that genre of music, then this would be a must-buy album for you. But if you're looking for something pleasant to listen to, I deter you from purchasing this. |

As for myself I was really surprise of this piece of music. I alway thought Shine is going to follow the images of other groups in HK however this album proes me wrong. The songs in this album is completely different from what they used to sing it before. Shine didn't follow the trend, but they make a new trend of their own. Shine had improve since their first album. They have successfully make a new image of their own without following other people. |

NATURAL SHINE: Magnificent!
|
Shine has come back with wonderful music! Their first track, "Two Tornadoes," is the newest theme for Motorola. There is a nice rhythm, which is complemented with unique drum work, that identifies Shine's ability in singing upbeat songs. Track 2 is "Daily Tung Chung Harmony," which is the subway commercial theme. Tien You brings out the exquisite musical sounds in this piece with his charming voice. The fantastic, lyrical content also adds an adventrous, gallivanting aspect. The third track, "Avoid Rain," is sung by the comforting sounds of You Nam. The simplistic yet distinctive guitar work creates serenity; You Nam adds peaceful tranquility that is exuberant and touching. Track 4 is "Pinnacle," which is composed by Tien You. This song is very uplifting; the superb use of instruments provide a soothing and imaginative inspiration, creating a willingness to explore the beauties of nature and the world. The fifth track is a fast track that features an excerpt that resembles "Ring Around the Rosy." The upbeat sound is a new style from Shine, but they pull it off with grace, and it enthralls the audience with its enjoyable chorus. Track 6 is "Warm-hearted Useless Person," featuring Fu Wing. This is a fun song in which the members of Shine alter their voices to fit the style of the song. They also rap, continuing the success of "Semi-mature." Track 7 provides a nostalgic feeling in which Shine "shines" in these types of ballads. The composition is brilliant; their voices show improvement, and they sing poignantly with poise. The eighth track is "Everyone Is Superman," which is a great children's song that is fun and heroic. Finally, the last track is the Natural Mix of "Two Tornadoes," which is more subtle. "Natural Shine" is a marvelous album that demonstrates the musical maturity of both members and is recommended to everyone. Keep up the excellent work, Shine! |
