this clip is very intresting it show the girl that can communicate with nature and understand the feeling of the insets that try to kill the people, she protects both human and nature. she is also very strong unlike any other princess you seen in movies or films this one very courages and likes to run around the place. Good moive to watch!!

I had to watch this twice because I missed parts of it... It was quite interesting but not too exciting with a tad bit of romance... It really shows that women are quite strong... as both leads, evil and good are female... Something enjoyable to watch after you've watched the super good ones...

Kaze no Tani no Naushika Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is my favorite movie and its too bad theres no rating of 11 and above. It deserves more than a 10. If you were one of the first people to pre order, you were able to get a soft case as a first pressing edition.

1st DVD contains the theatrical feature and a movie trailer for Ghost in the Shell: Innocence.
2nd DVD comes loaded with extras (nausicaa trailers, making of nausicaa, etc).

Don't just sit there pondering and procastinating. Buy it!

I watched this movie in hong kong when i was about 7 years old, rented it for two months straight. I lost track of that movie when i moved back to america. Now 15 years later they finally release it out on DVD and bring it over here to america! YEAH!!!!!!! i cant wait for my copy to arrive!!!!

this is one of the best anime ever, every person who is an anime fans will have to watch this movie, I will never forget this anime whole my life. This is a touching movie that everybody should watch it, it reflect's humans action toward nature. A MUST SEE MOVIE!!!...

I wish Naushika was real!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
A truly amazing achievement. Having been brought up in Japan as a child and being exposed to Miyazaki's work from an early age, this film in particular left an eternal impression on my mind. While lying in my bed some 10 years later in the UK, suddenly the beautiful theme music crept its way back into my head and at that moment I decided I needed to search for this DVD and purchase it at whatever cost. Nothing has changed. The film is still as stunning and emotionally charged as ever and re-watching it has revealed extra depth that I could not have percieved as a child. I am now having trouble concentrating on my university work as I cannot get that music out of my head! This is Miyazaki's best work by far. I believe it is certainly an advantage for me to be able to watch this film in Japanese but from what I could see, the subtitled translation was more than adequate, if not perfect.

ONE OF THE BEST MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
A beautiful, fascinating, and unique anime that touches on some of the problems humans face today, such as pollution, war, and destruction. This movie, like many of Hayao Miyazaki's other movies, reminds us that we must learn to respect and live in harmony with nature, not destroy the environment. I think it was well-written and well-produced with wonderful musical pieces composed by Joe Hisaishi. A one of a kind anime that belongs in the special category containing Princess Mononoke, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, and Spirited Away. Definitely worth watching again.
