NextOffice 9.2 USB Edition is specially designed for USB Flash drive and so only runs on USB Flash drive. After installed the NextOffice into the drive, you can then carry, with plug-and-play capability, your documents and email anywhere, without the need of relying whether any office-suite is in the Notebook or PC.
NextOffice 9.2 USB Edition has Chinese Tradition, Chinese Simplified, and English versions all in one. It also has integrated Chinese/English and English/Chinese dictionaries, virus scanner, backup utility and secured data storage - all these easy-to-use functions provide you a safe and complete solution for an USB Flash drive.
You can open and save Microsoft documents from Word, Excel, PowerPoint (97/2000/XP); plus the capability of exporting any of these documents as PDF format.
Important Note: NextOffice USB Edition must be installed into USB Flash drive and registered through Internet in our website. Once registered, the user enjoys 90-day hotline support and patch updates. This product only runs smoothly on the certified brands and models as listed at web site. You may also perform own testing on your USB Flash drive using a testing program at: http://www.nextoffice.net/eng/register_pocket.php if you cannot find the brand name of your USB Flash drive on the list.

6) Clam AV Virus Scanner: scan for possible virus infections in the connecting PC
7)Abakt Backup Tool: quickly backup your files to your USB Flash Drive in a compressed and password protected format with filtering files type to be backed up feature.
8)Secured Data Storage : Part of the available space in your drive will be preserved as Secured Data Volume. NextOffice programs occur around 350 MB storage. The rest of the available space in your flash drive is the unprotected data area. NextMail is pre-configured to store emails in the Secured Data Volume
9) MS Office File Extension Association: may set to open files with t".doc", ".dot", ".xls", ".xlt", ".ppt", ".pot" extensions automatically/
10) Three Languages in one single NextOffice:User can choose to install any one language from Chinese Traditional, Chinese Simplified and English and support codes in Big5, GB 2312, HKSCS and Unicode...etc.
