童話作家の平川はまったく金に縁のない男。その作品の“ひねくれへんてこ度”のせいでまだ一冊の本も出版できず、新聞配達をなりわいとして尚、創作を続けていた。そんな彼の作品発表の場は近所にある公園。毎週末には子供達が怪獣公園と呼ぶその公園に集い、自作のへんてこ童話を語って聞かせるのだった。そんなある日、ふと現れる青年が一人。彼の名はおさむ。自らをサムと名乗る彼は軽度の知能障害と言語障害を持っていた。サムは子供達にまぎれ平川の作品に心を踊らせる。平川はそんなサムとの間に次第に友情を感じ始める。ある日大学時代の友人で今はディレクターをしている小杉に会いにテレビ局を訪れた平川は、スタッフと間違われたことがきっかけで、女優アキラと出会い、恋に落ちる。やがて平川の作る童話は幸せにあふれ、サムや子供達を心から感動させる物へと変化し始めるのだった。売れない童話作家がはじめて掴んだチャンス。しかし、そこには卑劣な罠が待ち受けていた。どん底まで叩き落とされた作家の身に起こる戦慄の出来事とは？おかしな爆笑童話の世界から、一気に引き込まれる恐怖の波状攻撃！あなたは、最後まで耐えられるか？ 特典映像
