Formed by vocalist Ashin, guitarist Monster, bassist Masa, guitarist Stone, and drummer Guan You, Taiwan's popular rock band Mayday debuted in July 1999 with their self-titled album, which was followed the next month by the band's first large-scale concert entitled The 168th Concert. This concert was subsequently released as a live album, and after a decade, it is finally released on DVD for the first time. The DVD allows fans to fully enjoy the band's performance of early hits like "Chih Ming & Chun Chiao" and "Embrace", their first studio recording "Racing Car", and cover songs "It's Tonight" from Qiu Qiu and "The Wine of Love" from Red Ants (both were pioneers of Taiwan rock bands).
