A young lawyer dies of a heart attack, but this spirit still lingers. His previous client - the worker accused of starting an illegal strike - is disenchanted by the new cynical defending lawyer who wants to compromise his ideals, but it's the young lawyer's widow became disillusioned. She never realizes how deep her love is until his sudden death, and she tries to seek for comfort by finding out his past, even connects with his spirit during hypnosis. Will the sudden revelation brings her love back at last?
