Thoughtful, informative entertaining excercise DVD Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Sexy HK Actress/model Almen Wong puts on a solid excercise regimen for those who want to keep fit and trim. This DVD, although there are no English subtitles, is easy to follow. Almen is very careful to stretch before each excercise. The excersizes are easy enough for a beginner, but will help a fit person stay that way. Almen specifically targets young asain women. I used the excersizes for 3 weeks while recovering from an injury. I lost over 10 pounds!
