多啦A夢與大雄於假期時來到神秘的積木酒店渡假，那裡不單有會動會說話的玩具和娃娃，地底更有一個從沒人能走畢全程的大迷宮！

大雄在這奇特的地方碰上個名為薩比奧格里昂的少年並知道原來察摩查星人在很早以前由一個具有智能的機械人----拉保基斯托發明了名為印控的系統，即人類可以憑思想控制機械人代為工作，只可惜不久之後，拉保基斯托郤推翻人類的統治。多啦A夢及大雄等為拯救察摩查星人脫離機械人的統治，決定冒險完成迷宮之旅, 找尋對付機械人的方法...

Nobita and Doraemon came to an unknown place where they spent their vacation in a Burikin hotel. Welcomed by human-like doll and robot, Nobita and his group finally discovered that was a placed of Robot Kingdom.

Later, Nobita met Burikin, a human living in that planet, and find out that the Human Kingdom was just overthrown by the robot. In order to help Burikin and save his parents, Nobita decided to challenge the huge underground labyrinth which no one is able to walk through before.
