After the successful television series, the hilarious live-action version of hit comic Nodame Cantabile finally hits the big screen in a grand two-part finale. Shot on location in Europe, The Final Score films promise to be the final chapter of the successful live-action comic adaptation, with original TV series director Takeuchi Hideki and co-director Kawamura Yasuhiro (Akai Ito) carrying the series' zany comedic style to the big screen. Tthe entire gang from the television series - Ueno Juri, Tamaki Hiroshi, Eita, Koide Keisuke, Mizukawa Asami, Wentz Eiji, Becky, Yamada Yu, and Naoto Takenaka - are all along for the funny, crazy ride as eccentric musical couple Chiaki and Nodame encounter their biggest challenge yet.

Part 1
A continuation from the 2008 drama special, Part 1 opens with stern conductor Chiaki (Tamaki Hiroshi) being assigned to revive a failing Parisian orchestra before it’s forced to be shut down. Meanwhile, cheerful piano wunderkind Nodame (Ueno Juri) continues to struggle to balance her devotion to Chiaki and her studies at the music academy.

Part 2
Picking up where the first film ended, successful conductor Chiaki has moved away from Nodame to concentrate on his career. Aspiring to meet her boyfriend's level, Nodame starts to work harder than ever to improve her craft. However, Nodame's opportunity to fulfill her dream of performing with Chiaki on the same stage is thwarted when famous piano prodigy Rui (Yamada Yu) steps in. As Nodame hits her lowest point, Maestro Stresemann (Takenaka Naoto) decides to give Nodame a chance that rocks the classical music world. Will Nodame and Chiaki ever come to terms with each other's talents?

前篇劇情
獲得國際指揮比賽優勝的千秋被邀請至「盧馬列管弦樂團」擔任常任指揮，但千秋發現樂團在歷史悠久的表面下，竟隱藏著演出品質極爛、票房每況愈下的真相，讓千秋陷入前所未有的失意谷底...另一方面，面臨音樂學校晉級考試的野田妹，每天都埋首於練習中。此時，由於樂團演奏者臨陣脫逃，千秋邀請野田妹同台演出，讓野田妹興奮無比，然而陰錯陽差之下，居然變成由轉學到巴黎音樂學院的孫蕊獲得這個工作，讓野田妹大受打擊，眼見準備不充分的樂團公演日終於到來，可怕的結局等待著千秋…

後篇劇情
野田妹才剛和千秋王子分開來住，就得面臨千秋王子和孫蕊同台的演出的傷心場面，而自己每天努力地練習琴藝，卻一直沒辦法得到歐克雷老師讓她參加比賽的許可，讓她日漸焦急。此時，「R☆S」樂團的峰和真澄突然出現在野田妹身邊，修德列傑曼教授也提出要野田妹跟他一起參加在布拉格的公演，野田妹接受了他的邀請，千秋王子得知消息後，急忙地趕往布拉格…漸行漸遠的野田妹與千秋王子到底會朝著怎樣的結局邁進？兩人的戀情終於要進入那最後的樂曲終章。
