I love jazz and hymns and thought, hey, why not? Was delightfully surprised when the CD arrived. Beautiful jazz arrangments of hymns I've loved since my childhood by a jazz quartet that includes piano (Song Young Joo), guitar, bass and drums. Song Young Joo, a pastor's daughter, had been involved in worship music in Korea, as well as playing professionally, before studying music in the US and and discovering jazz. An engaging story with interesting characters - played by actors who really CAN act and who have great chemistry on screen. (The leads are currently dating.)
