Ikimonogakari's first single of 2010 and 17th single overall, Nostalgia serves as the theme song for the highly anticipated 2010 live-action The Girl Who Leapt Through Time movie. The single is actually the rerecorded version of a song from the band's indies period. Ikimonagakari also sings the movie's insert song Toki wo Kakeru Shojo, a cover of Harada Tomoyo's original theme song for the classic 1983 The Girl Who Leapt Through Time adaptation.
