NOW

Those who have been waiting for new music from Bibi Zhou are in for a treat as she is releasing not one, but two new albums. The Super Girl has certainly raised eyebrows with the unorthodox decision to simultaneously release her second and third albums, NOW and WOW, but they are great as both independent and companion albums.

NOW plays to Bibi's strength and specialty: R&B. In addition to quintessential R&B numbers like "The Future is Now" (Track 10) and "Believe in Love" (Track 4), the young singer also takes on the challenge of covering the folk song "Liuyang River" (Track 1). Updating the Hunan classic with an R&B arrangement, she creates a unique crossover with the original singer, veteran Li Guyi, whose participation is truly a testament to Bibi's status in the music scene. Bibi also duets with Golden Melody Best Vocalist Nicky Lee in "How Are You?" (Track 8). NOW draws a lot from the singer's own personal experiences, covering topics like studying in Los Angeles ("City of Angels" - Track 5), friendship (A Feng - Track 3), words to her fans ("Each Other" - Track 7), and words to herself ("That Me Said to Me" - Track 6).

After spending some time studying in the U.S., Bibi returned to China with music on her mind, and the result is two albums that once again attest to her musical talents. Renowned composers and lyricists from China, Hong Kong and Taiwan like Zhang Yadong, Peter Kam, Andrew Chu, Kubert Leung, Lin Xi, and Chan Siu Kei participated in Bibi's new albums, and the cover design and photography are the work of Tomas Chan and Wing Shya.

周筆暢不單在音樂上追求新意，在發片方式上也要來個根本的顛覆，同步發行《NOW》&《WOW》“雙生專輯”。這不是偶像歌手們的慣技-多拍幾張封面的作法，這是集合了張亞東、朱敬然、梁翹柏、林邁可、鐘成虎、李玖哲等位位都是獨當一面的金牌製作人精心製作的兩張專輯，結合詞曲作者林夕、林邁可、李玖哲、Jae Chong、崔惟楷、朱敬然、梁翹柏、徐偉賢、葛大為、李焯雄等扎扎實實製作的２０首歌。

兩張“雙生專輯”由李焯雄出任創意／策畫統籌，並由香港的夢幻團隊名攝影師Wing　Shya　和造型大師Tomas Chan 負責攝影和造型，加上李谷一老師的合唱助陣，簡直是不可能的陣容。
《NOW》和《WOW》雙生專輯概念像是電影的上下集，她的未來就是現在，現在也是未來，一體兩面，如同孿生的兩個她。

已在內地發行的雙生專輯《Now》跟《Wow》，僅發行兩周就強勢拿下中國內地最大網購網站JOYO的2007年度專輯冠軍和季軍，創了該網購的歷史記錄，可謂是音樂界的奇蹟。
