Hye-yeong, an OB/GYN fellow, learn about her pregnancy while competing for a staff position. A VIP patient is rushed to he hospital with labor staring much earlier than expected date. Dr. Jung answer the call and rushed to the operating room, but he gets into a panic and calls for Hye-yeong who was trapped in an elevator at the time and gets saved by Sang-sik. She finally arrives and saves the patient at the last minute in the operating room.

Then, a pregnant woman comes to Hye-yeong and asks her for an abortion because the fetus is deformed. Hye-yeong performs the operation. Doctor Jung was in disgrace for the operating room incident with the VIP patient, and he accuses Hye-yeong for illegal operation and relegates her to a regional subsidiary hospital.

Hye-yeong goes to a gynecologist to confirm her pregnancy, and runs into Sang-sik who came to pay for the abortion for another woman. Then, next day, she runs into him again at the hospital, and realizes that now Sang-sik knows her secret. They keep running into each other, and their lives keep getting tangled.
