Popular Korean actor Lee Min Ki (Romantic Island) and Japanese starlet Ikewaki Chizuru (Strawberry Shortcake) team up for the Korea-Japan co-production Oishii Man. Directed by Kim Jeong Jung (HERs) and filmed primarily in snowy Hokkaido, Japan, this picturesque romance is about a Korean singer whose promising career comes to a halt when he begins to develop hearing problems. He runs off to Hokkaido to escape his problems, and there he meets a bright and quirky young woman who opens his heart to music and love.
Helmed by Sunny and No Regret music director Lee Byung Hoon, the Oishii Man OST kicks off with theme song Frozen Mountain, sung by leading man Lee Min Ki himself. Miki of Indigo offers an alternate version of the same song (Track 17). The soundtrack also features three bonus tracks - Neanderthal Man II, Disappears Like That, and A Match For You - by Lee Min Ki.
