Orange Days 意指看著似柳橙般夕陽的日子，也指如柳橙般酸酸甜甜的校園生活。本劇即描述剩下一年就將畢業的五個年輕人，面對即將踏入社會的不安與前途的茫然，五個好朋友之間所發生故事。

大學四年級的社會福利心理學系學生結城櫂 ( 妻夫木聰 ) ，連續收到了應徵工作未錄取的通知，心情沮喪，幸好有唸研究所的女友真帆 ( 小西真奈美 ) 的鼓勵。死黨啟太 ( 瑛太 ) 早已獲得某企業內定錄用，十分悠哉；而另一名死黨翔平 ( 成宮寬貴 ) 則是厭惡上班族的生活，完全不找工作。

某天，剛面試完的結城在校園遇到了一個拉小提琴的奇怪女孩，女孩拉完琴後竟伸手要錢。這就是結城與命運的女孩沙繪的首次相遇，當時結城並不知道沙繪已在四年前因病喪失聽覺。

沙繪擁有一個鋼琴家的母親，從小便顯露音樂才華，長大後更留學美國進修小提琴，沒想到一場病痛卻帶走了她人生的夢想，只好失意回國，進入了好友小茜 ( 白石美帆 ) 所就讀的學校，但她的心也隨著聽覺一同封閉了她的人生。

一個是身心健康卻胸無大志的青年，一個是滿懷夢想卻無法實現的女孩，兩人之間到底會擦出什麼樣的火花呢？

One of the Best Series about Love and Friendship i Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
All the young actors in this series were good.
The two lead actor and actress were both excellent.
Their communication by sign language was impressive.
Especially Shibasaki Kou, who played the hearing
impaired student. She was able to demonstrate a
talented and briliant young musician living in a silent world who so desparately wanted recognition, love and friendship on her own terms. She is brave, stubborn and beautiful. Tsumabuki Satoshi was near
perfect as well. A perfectly young, decent and caring
college kid who is trying to find his way and his love.
It's a sweet love/friendship story done by a group of good, young actors who were able to make this series seem so natural and true. I liked "Orange Days" a lot!

After watching just one episode I was hooked. The story and characters are soo touching and the acting is amazing. The leading female character is outstanding and captures her characters mood just perfectly. This is a MUST HAVE J-Drama for everyone!!

Great cast and story Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is a romantic, funny, and touching story about a deaf girl whose harsh and bitter personality is slowly changed by a young student who wants to help her, while he is also trying to find his way through the world. This series deals with the pressures and questions faced by college students as they try to decide what they should do with their lives. The acting is very natural and it was very interesting to watch the actors "sign" their conversations. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best Jap series I've seen. The story is so touching, warm and sweet. It remains anyone of the sweet and sour experiences of university life. The actors and actresses are soooo good and you just can't stop watching it till the end. Of course, the happy ending make things even better. One of the best Japanese Series!!!!! A must watch.

Young, energetic, romantic, touching... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
The Orange Days definitely reminded me how sweet and acerbic my old days at the college are. I still remember how often I read and wrote journals on the passage book, like the Orange Club diary, belonging to the student society of my college back in Hong Kong.

The story is just excellent. The story line is very well presented. The romance and the friendship are so touching. The acting is outstanding, especially when combined with the Japanese sign language. The whole drama is simply a collectible. If you like the Beautiful Life from the same writer, you will love this one.
