Johnny's idols Takizawa Hideaki (Yoshitsune) and Nishikido Ryo (Ryusei no Kizuna) face off as two young men with opposing special powers in the innovative 2009 TBS thriller Orthros no Inu. Takizawa plays the dark hero, murder convict Ryuzaki Shinji, who can heal wounds and illnesses with his touch. His angelic powers, however, bring disorder and corruption to all those around him. Nishikido is Aoi Ryosuke, a gentle, kind-hearted teacher with the power to kill by touch. What is the connection between Ryuzaki and Aoi, and what happens when the "Hands of God" and the "Hands of Devil" meet? Mizukawa Asami (33pun Tantei) plays a detective investigating the mysterious case behind Ryuzaki and Aoi. Orthros no Inu also co-stars Sasaki Kuranosuke and Hey! Say! JUMP's Yaotome Hikaru.

手を触れただけで病や傷を治す“神の手”を持った、心の内を誰にも見せない底知れぬ悪のカリスマ・竜崎臣司（滝沢秀明）。手を触れただけで人を殺すことができる“悪魔の手”を持ったのは、天使のように優しく繊細な心を持つ碧井涼介（錦戸亮）。神と悪魔が出会った時、宿命の戦いが始まりを告げる——。潜入捜査中に、容疑者たちに捕まった刑事・長谷部渚（水川あさみ）は、自分を助けに飛び込んだ碧井という見知らぬ男が、手で触れただけで人を殺すさまを目の当たりにする。“悪魔の手”の存在を知ってしまった渚は、偶然にも碧井と反対の“神の手”を持つ竜崎の存在を知り、２人を引き合わせてしまう。しかしその行為が世界を、そして彼女自身の人生をも狂わせていく・・・・・・。
