This game is very good. I was afraid the sounds doesn't play good because of the fact is not a cd music but no.
I'm a french guy and i can say that's an international game. Don't hesitate and test it. Plus, yesasia is a good place to do some shopping on the net for everyone.

I purchased this game after being recommended and I was totally impressed! Although this is a Japanese game the menus are totally easy to navigate.
You'll get the hang of this game almost instantly. The selection of songs in this game are pretty good. It'd be better if there's more songs though. But the various difficulty levels will keep u busy for a while.
If you've got a friend who also has a copy of this game, then you can have a versus game. However, the slowdown in wireless battles is pretty obvious.
On the whole, this is an essential import.

Ouendan is a very fun and addictive music game! It has tons of replay value, and the song list is great. The mechanics of the game may seem simple, but it's unbelievably fun. It's worth every penny, you won't regret it!

Favorite DS title so far. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I ordered this around 4 months ago and even thought I know no Japanese I was still easy to navigate my way threw the menus. This title is very import friendly and has lots of replay value.

There are 15 songs (the quality isn't that great, I recommend using head phones) all JPop or JRock. The game is challenging rewarding ranks depending on how well you did and 4 different difficulty levels. Even thought I got a perfect rank on all levels on the hardest difficulty I still pick this up and play it regularly.

Anyone looking for a DS import hit should definitely check this out! The gameplay is simple enough: you use your stylus to tap or drag onscreen symbols in rhythm while listening to assortment of J-rock bands, including such names as Kishidan, Morning Musume and l'arc~en~ciel. DS's audio capabilities are more than enough to make you nod in beat. I recommend using headphones while playing.

Gameplay is hilarious and challenging and ever rewarding: your mission is to cheerlead (with the help of big, burly schoolboys) ordinary people to their own goals. The story for each level is pretty clear just by imagery alone, Japanese language skills aren't needed to play the game.

I recommend this title wholeheartedly!

This is one of the best import titles I have played for the DS. Music is a little in the low quality but it still is awesome. The difficulty ranges from song to song and is fun to play back and get a higher score...stuck with B's though. If you are a fan of the underrated Gitaroo Man (PS2) then you will definitely love this!

 Greatest DS single player game! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I just have to say, although that I may not know a single word of japanese that I was totally blown away by this game. Enriched with J-Rock of old and new, and insane anime cutscenes, the game will DEFINATELY have you awed and addicted before you know it. A MUST BUY for fans of J-Rock and anime... you will not be dissappointed.
