Otsuka Ai's Love Letter Tour 2009 consisted of both a Live House and an Arena tour. After holding her first Live House tour in early May, she followed with her Light Terashite Ai to Yume to Kando to ... Warai to! Arena tour in mid-May.

This DVD release records Otsuka Ai's concert at Yokohama Arena on May 17. The down-to-earth diva performed on an 80-meter long stage with over sixty performers including a live band, orchestra, and dance crew. Focusing mainly on songs from her Love Letter album, she kept the energy level high with songs like Rocket Sneaker, Pocket, Creamy & Spicy, Strawberry Jam, and Bye Bye.
