August 14, 2005 Glamarous MikaWell hardly, but this song is one to watch. I normally don't take much notice of her, I always noticed her for her great voice but her songs have never done it completley for me, until I ran into GLAMAROUS SKY. This song is great, and suprisingly fits Mika's soothing voice so amazingly well. With it being composed and arranged by HYDE it is not suprise :D. August 12, 2005 Colouring!When part of Cookies, I thought Stephy was just a pretty face and a sweet singer - I was all about Kary, although Stephy, with her solo debut has truly shined towards me. Outdoing herself, but not only writing the lyrics to half of the songs, but almost composing one of the tracks too. Stephy's voice has matured since Cookies (onyl half a year ago) and now being solo she has a chance to shine and amazed me with these vocals I never knew she had. I was disappointed with the repeated songs, basically filler tracks, although some of the newer rendition are more outstanding than the originals. The first track "Colors" is sweet and Stephy suprised me with her perfect pronounciation with the english language! More english songs please XD. As far as value goes, this is worth buying. Coming with a photobook of Stephy which also has messages from Stephy, a key ring of Stephy (Mimo), Coupons for hair and beauty (ROFL) and photo cards - this is excellent. People may not like it because their is alot less dancing and big show ness, but the vocals BoA has produced on this tour are much better than the previous ones. After watching 2004, I realised how emotionless half the songs were and watching her drag herself round the stage and trying to sing was a bit disappointing. It is hard to pull off both, especially for a 2 hour show. Watching BoA sing MERI KURI and Every Heart truly touched me and made my eyes glow, thus falling in love with BoA's sweet yet matured voice once again. Did you find this review helpful? August 9, 2005 Open your love, flowerThrow in a famous composer and a fast rising star and then outcomes, inevitabley, something great. The song itself is great and Ku's vocals do suit it although she does let the song down a little bit. August 5, 2005 A Love SongAs the title of the song, you would expect something on the ballad side, which this is. Faith are a new Hip-Hop/RnB duo consisting of WEEVA and JAM. They produce and write all their own music and this debut single is stunning. After a great album, being their best selling and highest ranking one to date - I thought they were on top of their game and this single was going to be a great HD anthem to add to the collection, how wrong was I. The music seems some what familiar to a manufactured boy band's song from a TV show who died after their second single and Heartsdales might follow if more like this happens. Although it is catchy and feel good it's crud compared to their other tracks. The verses are good and it's nice to hear Rum on the rap more (why does Jewels seem to take on more Rap, they are at equal ability). The structure of the song is same as all the others, verse, chorus bla bla then Jewels doing another rap break and trying to dance in the video, not too good. Heartsdales new single fantasy, includes an exclusive english version and remix track! This track is a little more urban as opposed to the last two poppy singles.
A great single and making me want their third album even more :D
