In 2010, rock band Glay established Loversoul Music & Associates, their own record label. The rock ballad Precious is their first single release from the company, and it arrives during the three-month break of their eight-month nationwide concert tour. In addition to B-side track Heart Snow ~ Kokoro ni Furu Yuki and a cover of the Glay classic Kanojo no "Modern", the single also comes with a preview of the band's tenth album, coming in October 2010.

First Press Edition comes with a bonus DVD with the Precious music video, its making of, and live performances of two songs from Glay's 2010 concert tour.
