w-inds returns with reinforcements. For their 26th single they invited G-Dragon of Korean group Big Bang, asking him to provide a rap passage for their new song Rain Is Fallin'. The song is featured as the theme song for the latest season of the NTV program Sports Urugus. The second principal song on this double A-sided single is Hybrid Dream, co-produced by hip hop and R&B musician BACH LOGIC.

First Press Limited Edition features the song Upside Down and comes with a DVD featuring the music video of Rain Is Fallin'.
