Raymond Lam has proven to be one of the most promising and popular young actors in Hong Kong television. Since 2002, he has starred in numerous TVB dramas like A Step into the Past, Survivor's Law, and La Femme Desperado. Raymond turns a new leaf in his career in 2007 by officially signing with powerhouse label EEG. The star's singing talents have long been recognized from his many television theme songs, and now he's finally releasing his long-awaited album. His debut album features ten songs, including the title track "Fond of Searching For You in Memories" (Track 1) from the TV drama The Drive of Life in which Raymond stars alongside Myolie Wu.

This edition comes with a 2-track MV DVD.

An Outrageously Great Album!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

I am a really big fan of Raymond Lam because he is a really great actor, and I honestly didn't know he was also into singing too. I only thought that he would only sing some of the theme songs in the TVB series that he was in. But it was a surpise to me that he choose to be a singer too. I am sure his hard work in both the acting and singing world will all pay out greatly.

Even thou the packaging was in a cardboard box (very different from regular CD's), but I thought they just wanted Raymond Lam to be different from others. Since it is Raymond's 1st album, all of his songs were really good, and I am sure there will always be room for improvement in the future (so his 2nd album would be even better). But for those 2 MV. I can't say anymore about it. It was just "Outstanding, remarkablely lovely, cute"I am sure you will love it.

For this CD+DVD combo, I truly do enjoy listening and watching to all his songs and I highly recommedate it to anyone that like music. I am sure for those who purchase this will enjoy it greatly.

A Singer At Last Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Ever since Raymond came out into the acting world, he had several opportunities to sing theme songs etc. It was surprising to me that it took this long for someone to sign him to release an actual album.

Seeing that I consider him an actor first, and a singer second, I think he did a pretty good job.
He's no Jacky Cheung by any means, but his songs are nice catchy pop tracks that suit his vocals just fine. He doesn't seem to strain himself too much, and he does sound like he invests his share of effort and emotions into each song.

For his second album (and I think there will be), I hope he works on his breathing a bit. I always felt like I'd have an asthma attack from hearing his weezing after every note. Once that's solved, his album can possibly be amazing, and I'll be tempted to switch my view of him (to singer first, actor second).

Pop at its best. I look forward to his next release.

Overall, Great Album. Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Well, honestly, I'm a great big fan of Raymond. I bought it immediately after it was released.

The songs have catchy tunes. I got hooked on it when I first heard it, but after that, I couldn't differentiate the songs because of the similar tempo (only the first time, because I wasn't really paying attention), except Track 5. But after a few times, the songs was stuck on my head, until today :)

Packaging, like otheres, why the cardboard box ? Expected more than that. One thing weird was, my lyrics booklet. It was folded wrongly. It wasn't folded according to the songs (overlapping other songs). I saw my friend's and it was totally different. Too late to get a refund (if it was possible).

Overall, great album, with an adorable booklet :)

Great album, poor packaging Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I really enjoyed all of the songs in Raymond's album. Prior to purchasing the album, I've never heard his songs. I'd only ever watched him in Twin of Brothers & Face to Fate (?Ray sings theme song) tv series. I am in complete agreement with previous comments regarding packaging. The CD comes in an A5 cardboard box where the cardboard hinges which supposedly close the box are simply not durable and break apart. The decoration of Raymond's cute picture stickered onto the boxed cover (front & back) does little to disguise the fact that it truly is a horrible box. The CD + DVD do strangely enough overlap one another, however, the foamed centre rings secures them well enough in the box. The 10 song compilation lasts just less than 40 minutes & leaves me wishing for more. If you can overlook the packaging, then this CD is a must have.
