One of My Favorite L'Arc~en~Ciel Albums! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is one of my favorite albums by L'Arc~en~Ciel. The group is creative. Eight years after its release, this CD still sounds vibrant and fresh to me. I'm not the hard core rock listener and so Tracks like Stay Away and Route 666 get no star ratings from me. The rest of the tracks get 5 and 4 stars. The first track, Get Out From the Shell -asian version- is an absolutely cool song. It is an atmospheric electronica rock piece with a slight jazzy touch by Hyde's vocal. Omg, I'm running out of words to describe it! HaHaHa! Other L'Arc~en~Ciel and Hyde fans out there, please help by classifying its proper genre! :) Hyde's vocal fits in perfectly with his impressive and attractive vocals and it shows his versatility as a rocker! You just have to listen to it! The track itself is worth getting the album! Other tracks are good to excellent as I have said. So, get it if you like rock or good music! :)

Laruku shows why it remains one of Japan's greates Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
With the release of "REAL" in August of 2000, L'Arc~en~Ciel proved that it was one of the greatest jrock bands ever to hit the Earth. Unlike other bands that focused primarily on one type of music, whether it be hard rock, soft rock, or punk rock, L'Arc's album, "REAL", is an impressive collection of rock itself. From the hard-rocking opening track "get out from the shell" to the last, closing track "ALL YEAR AROUND FALLING IN LOVE", I was entranced. The stand-out tracks are "STAY AWAY" (which causes addicting head-nodding and singing-along) and "a silent letter" (a moody, heart-wrenching track that also shows off hyde's extraodinary vocal capabilities). Of course, all the other tracks are masterpieces themselves, each with its own feel and mood. The last track brings the album to a wonderful close, but of course, you'll be hitting that "repeat" button on your CD player to start the album all over again.

Lots of variety Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This album has lots of variety to it, so don't let the first track scare you away! Or let the rest disaPpoint. We get a song done entirely by Tetsu (yay!) and mixes by all of them. So interesting to hear all of the boys' works put together like this! And the music is sometimes very moving as well.

Thi album is perfect for Laruku fans (>';'<) Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Wow this album has a new fresh melody . All you L'Arc~en~Ciel fans should get it. My favorite song is Track #6 "Finale" but you should not judge it from me, just buy the cd and listen for yourself. If for some twisted reason you don't like this album , Asia cd will happily return your money or exchange it for another album. Hey, I'm not the worker of this store so just buy the cd and for more info write to the best Asian cd store online. =)

Right up there with "Ark" and "Ray" Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I know some people will disagree with me, but I think this album was right up there with "Ark" and "Ray". It contains a variety of styles from poppish songs such as "get out from the shell" to fast-paced rockish songs such as "The Nepenthes" to heart-wrenching ballads such as "bravery" (one of my favourites! ^^) and "Finale", and finally to fun songs such as "Stay Away" and "Route 666". All in all, I feel this is an album that nicely displays Laruku's talent. I give it a definite 10! ^_^

=P Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This album has been in heavy rotation on my CD player. Though I prefer to listen to L'arc's older music(before they got they're techno influence via Yukihiro)...I must say this is a very good album. I hope the band keeps it up ^_~

Simply Amazing... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
L''Arc traditiionally have the good planning of the album. As the album starts with two heavy rock songs "get out from the shell" and "the Nepenthens"...and then rising the jrock level with "neo universe" and then later on with "love Flies"...after the set up...with the peeks of new styled "STAY AWAY" and "Route 666"...and closing it with "All Year Around Falling in Love"... Overall a good job, but if you compare to "Heart", "ark" and "ray"...they all have different styles...and this is REALly a good album...it surely deserve a 10
