LA's toughest cop, John Sato Collins (Don "The Dragon" Wilson), is a member of an elite SWAT tactical force and has a habit of handling situations in an unorthodox manner. When a fellow officer gets killed in shootout with a gang, Internal Affairs fires him from the force. Left without a job and money, John turns to the mob boss Tony Leggio (Chris Penn) and before long is heavily involved with Tony's illegal activities. When an opportunity arises for John to be involved in a fifteen million dollar bank heist, he must choose between going down a path of greed and evil or...... redemption!
