Max Mok and Joey Meng play star-crossed assassins in Romancing Bullet, an action thriller co-starring Hong Kong's official cop actor, Danny Lee! Fong (Max Mok) is a hired assassin whose killing of Chu Wai, a revered triad boss, foreshadows a deepening plot full of intrigue, romance, and possible betrayal. Inspector Lee (Danny Lee, naturally) is put on the case, but there are larger things at stake than a simple gangland hit. Fong's next assignment is Chu Wai's junior, a drug-addicted lieutenant named Kim Wing Kwong (Hugo Ng). However, sultry female assassin Yu Ching (Joey Meng) has been hired by Kim to take out Fong - an ironic assignment because Yu Ching and Fong are Internet chatroom pals. Not realizing that they're both confidantes and competitors, the two assassins are pitted on a collision course where only one can survive. Can Inspector Lee get to them in time to avert further tragedy? Full of bullets, blood, and burning passions, Romancing Bullet recalls the hitman potboilers of Hong Kong Cinema's glory days.
