3rdアルバム「Emissions」の楽曲を各界のクリエーターが映像化。PV集でもドキュメンタリーでもない"ロック・ムービー"！ ミッシェル・ガン・エレファントのチバユウスケ（vo、g）と元ブランキー・ジェット・シティの照井利幸（b）を中心に結成されたROSSOは、2002年4月に1stアルバム「BIRD」を発表。一時は活動を休止したものの、ミッシェル・ガン・エレファント解散後の2004年に活動を再開し、2006年には3rdアルバム「Emissions」をリリースした。そのアルバム「Emissions」の楽曲に各界のクリエーターが共鳴し、アルバムの世界観にインスパイアされ映像化に挑戦。単なるオムニバス的な寄せ集めでなく、それぞれの作品に息づく個性を、新しい表現で映像化したDVDである。
