There is something missing? Customer Review Rated Bad 5 - 5 out of 10
To this album producer,

Where are the following artists?
* Danny Chan
* Jenny Yan
* Anita Mui
* Andy Lau
* Jacky Cheung
* Adam Cheng
* Kenny Bee
* Sam Hui

It is to be believed that the above artists should deserve to add their name in the album.

Great Idea Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I'm so glad to see that many artists came together to recode this CD. But how come no one sang any Jackie Cheung's song?

Excellent Value for Money! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
A tribute album with a difference - it contains a collection of the original classics as well. Excellent coverage of popular music from HK obviously heavily biased towards Leslie (RIP). The tribute/cover versions are also excellent - some stay very close to the originals but even the reworked songs are good. Buy this - you'll instantly recognise these true all time classics!

wc Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
The new versions are goods until you hear the old versions. The original singers are just TOO good.
Perhaps Joey sings clearer because she has changed the song to become slower(easier to sing to too!).

P. Chans 's version of Sandy Lam's song is the only song that I think is as good as the original(not better). Perhaps it will take the newer singer 5-10 years to reach the level of the old singers(or never, there will be not another Leslie Cheung or Sandy Lam). It is a excellent collector's item!

Compare the new & the old ? Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Heard this album. Really, you can't compare whether the old version songs are worse/better than the new version especially the "Foolish Girl" between Priscilla & Joey. However, I thought the song from Christopher Wong is as good as Emil Chau !

Classics! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
A friend brought this CD pack back from HK the other day for me. I was delighted to see favorites such as "Foolish Girl", "Deeply Loving You" and "Unbreakable Passion". Kudos to the younger artists who breathe new life into some of these songs (70s and 80s) in CDs 1 and 2, obviously recorded to target today's pubsecent listener.
Special mention should be given to Joey Yung for her emotive rendition of Priscilla's "Foolish Girl". It should be considered for radioplay and Gigi Leung's "No Need to Remember Old Dreams".
However, notable absence includes classics by Faye Wong, Jacky Cheung and Cass Phang. Would love to see how someone like Twins cover Faye's "Easily Hurt Woman". LOL

Classics That You Can't Miss!!! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This is one of the best memorable & remarkable CD ever!!! Well....I have listened to Joey's version of "Silly Girl" which have Priscilla's emotion but not her sentiment!!! Outta three versions of "Silly Girl", I would have say Hacken is the best one!

Unneeded discussions Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I think that it's not necessary to argue who's better, Joey or Priscilla. All I know is that they sing much better than those other 'singers' like Yumiko, Bobo, 2R, Twins, Yu, 3T, Cookies etc. They just can't sing and I don't thing they'll ever reach the level of Priscilla or Joey.
