i bought this dvd after reviewing what people wrote, but i think it is a waste of time. Just because Nick Cheung is in it, doesn't mean that it will be super funny. Because this is filmed in Phuket, there are lots of "adult material" although there isn't any nude. This movie really sucks. what a waste of my time and money. the only part i laughed out loud was when they were watching the tape that the boss sent.

Feelings for Runaway Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Dante Lam, director of Beast Cops, concocts something really masterful and unexpected here, a comedy about two triad members who steal from a local boss and head to the Thai resort of Phuket to hide out. Another boss (played by the inimitable Anthony Wong in another one of his beautifully lived-in comic performances) has it in for them, too, but he heads to Phuket with a different motive, trying to win the heart of his reluctant girlfriend. His various efforts to prove his love for her include baking cakes, dressing as a gay biker (don't ask), performing a truly pathetic striptease in an all-male go-go bar, and bungy jumping. All to no avail. What starts out as a meandering triad comedy turns into something ingenious toward the end: all the seemingly random plot elements mean something and the film has a lot to say about romance. The word "feeling" will never be the same after you've seen this movie. And, yeah, it's all quite funny, too. Dante Lam scores with Runaway.
