October 20, 2008 MONORAL's ViaMONORAL are a band that are full of surprises, diverse and unusual in many ways. For starters the lyrics and vocals are delivered in perfect English which maybe a surprise, but a very pleasant one since the quality of the singing is superb. The accompianing music is also always high quality and full of interesting musical effects that you may only notice after many listens which brings freshness to every CD play.
Few bands can successfully pull off both hard rocking songs and mellow ballads with the same amount of passion and intensity, this is MONORAL's trademark sound. This upcoming and long awaited album is due to be a very special release, two songs the Arabic Metal style "Casbah" and the soulful rock tune "Safira" already have been released as singles and have shown a sneak peak of how awesome the album is going to be.Did you find this review helpful?
