第一話 - 新聖戰的開始
與海皇波塞頓死鬥告一段落後的數日間，有著自４３年前聖戰起被雅典娜封印著的魔塔，終於宣告崩壞，冥界之王黑帝斯手下的一百零八個冥鬥士（Spector）復活了。他們復活後的任務是——向聖域發動襲擊，並奪取雅典娜的性命。
聖域的第一宮，白羊宮的守護者穆的面前出現了一位披著破布的神秘人。這個為穆所熟悉的人竟然命令穆前去取雅典娜的首級﹗穆反抗他的命令，於是神秘人派出手下的冥鬥士——己死去的黃金聖鬥士——巨蟹座迪馬斯古及雙魚座亞夫羅迪，企圖突破十二宮取女神性命。就穆處於兩難的情況下，不理雅典娜「不准踏入聖域」意旨的天馬座聖鬥士——星矢趕來替穆以流星拳解圍。但穆卻以星矢違反女神命令為由，在敵人面前親自將星矢解決……

I love saint armors
| What're great anime!! Seiya came back after 15 years long. I never watched the last scene, Greek-Hell, in the TV version, but I believed it should be great. |
