The film is billed under Seven's, a moniker for the directing team of film students and rookie filmmakers that pooled their raw talents for this lively, well-meaning production. Handheld-cam, fast-paced storytelling, unexpected turns, and a buzzing anything-goes mood keeps the film rolling on its feet as it whizzes through risky juvenile dares and youthful musings about life. College students Ling (Elanne Kwong) and Janice (Janice Man) are the best of friends, but also the greatest of rivals. Since they were young, they've competed against each other in just about everything, be it grades or boys. This time they both have their eyes on handsome film student Him (Him Law), who just opened a dubious amateur filmmaking class to earn some extra bucks. Him selects Ling and Janice as the leads for his new film project, having them each lead a team of willing to compete against each other in extreme challenges. With the camera rolling, Ling, Janice, and company face off in crazy dares like kung-fu showdowns and rooftop tug-of-war, but as the game escalates, the team members are forced to make some decisions about friendship and romance.

阿Ling跟Janice於是各找好友參加這場《愛鬥大》團隊競賽遊戲。為此小肥、阿詩(馮浩詩)、Tommy(阮民安)、Zoie(譚凱琪)、Maggie(李曼均)及阿龍(謝文偉)等各方活寶被逼參加這場驚險，緊張而又瘋狂的大激鬥。而《愛鬥大》的遊戲項目層出不窮。例如要闖入殯儀館靈堂大唱生日歌、扮成大賊到珠寶店購買金鏈、到麻雀館和墳場裏亂搞一通。而遊戲越鬥越驚心。究竟愛鬥大可以鬥幾大？

Ling and Janice are close friends. They start show off and compete with each other after meeting and falling in love with Him. Him knows their fervency to compete and then decides them to star in his final year project-- A crazy live show.

Ling and Janice then find their friends Siu Fei, Si, Tommy, Zoie, Maggie, and Lung to join this exciting, venturing and crazy team competition. The game is so crazy and insane that require players to sing a song in a funeral parlor; dress like a robber to buy necklace in a jewelry shop; Act foolishly and recklessly in Mah Jong house and cemetery.
