SeeYa - California Dream

Just seven months after their hugely successful Lovely Sweet Heart which generated #1 hits like Sarangeh Insa ("Love's Greeting") and Georhon Halgayo ("Let's Marry"), See Ya struts their charm once again with California Dream. Upon the release of Seulpeun Balgereum ("A Melancholic Step" - Track 1), the album's principal track, group leader Nam Kyoo Ri is already making headlines with her shocking image transformation. The singer flaunts her shapely body in tight hot pants and fishnet stockings and showcases sexy dance sequences.

Already on its way up the charts, Seulpeun Balgereum ("A Melancholic Step") is one of the three brand new songs featured in California Dream. In addition, the album offers an attractive line-up of cover songs like: The Day (Track 10) which sees See Ya's Kim Eun Ji pairing up with Je Ah of Brown Eyed Girls, Gipeun Bameul Nalahsuh ("Flying Into The Night" - Track 7) from the soundtrack of 2007 comedy Unstoppable Marriage, and Cheoum Geujarieh ("Like Before" - Track 8), also from the soundtrack of drama Full House starring Song Hye Kyo and Rain. 씨야, "California Dream"이라는 타이틀로 새 음반 출시
화제의 ‘구두II (슬픈 발걸음)’ 음반으로 만난다

남규리가 파격적인 변신으로 열연한 뮤직비디오로 출시 전부터 화제가 되었으며, 지난 17일 선공개 이후 이미 온라인 상에서 좋은 반응을 얻고 있는 ‘구두 II (슬픈 발걸음)’를 비롯한 3곡의 신곡이 수록된다. 또한 김연지가 브라운 아이드 걸스의 제아와 함께 불렀던 ‘The Day’, ‘정’, 영화 <못말리는 결혼>의 OST로 남규리가 불렀던‘깊은 밤을 날아서’, 이보람이 불렀던 드라마 <풀하우스> OST 수록곡 ‘처음 그 자리에’, 남규리와 FTIsland(에프티아일랜드)의 이홍기가 함께 부른 시트콤 <못말리는 결혼> OST ‘요즘 나는’ 등 씨야의 정규 앨범이 아닌 타 앨범에 멤버들이 참여했던 곡들을 씨야 만의 색깔로 재 편곡해 수록할 예정.

앨범 자켓 또한 "California Dream"이라는 앨범 타이틀에 걸맞게 미국의 LA와 라스베가스 등지에서 직접 촬영한 씨야의 이미지로 꾸며질 예정이라 더욱 기대를 모은다. 2007년 5월 2집 앨범 "Lovely Sweet Heart"를 발매하고 ‘사랑의 인사’, ‘결혼할까요’, ‘얼음인형’ 등으로 큰 사랑을 받았던 씨야가 새 앨범 "California Dream"으로 다시 한번 인기 몰이에 나선다.
