제한시간 72시간.두 남자의 격렬한 싸움이 시작된다
아시아 8개국 정상 회담이 개최되고 한일 합동은행이 개점할 즈음의 서울. 하루가 멀다하고 현금 강탈사건이 발생하는데, 일본 경시청 소속 형사 하야세 유타로는 일본으로 도주한 범인을 서울까지 호송하는 임무를 마친다. 그때 인천 공항에서는 현금 수송차를 강탈하고 도주하는 범인들과 경찰의 대 추격전이 벌어지는데, 우연히 현장을 목격한 유타로는 본능적으로 범인들의 차량에 매달린다. 범인과 경찰이 숨지면서 사건은 크게 확대되고, 범인을 유일하게 목격한 유타로에게는 범인의 정체를 밝히기 위한 72시간의 체류 허가가 떨어진다.
유타로의 경솔한 행동으로 범인을 놓치고 화난 서울시경 형사부장 김윤철. 유타로를 만나자 마자 한대 갈기고, 유타로는 어떻게든 사건 해결에 도움이 되고자 노력하지만 언어와 관습의 차이에 적응하지 못하고 오히려 윤철을 화나게 만든다.
한편 `민족의 새벽`이라는 괴조직이 아시아 8개국 정상회담 개최를 저지하겠다는 성명을 발표하고, 방한한 일본 외무부 장관이 납치된다. 협상 장소는 과천 경마장, 몸값은 5억엔으로 결정된다. 하지만 협상 당일날 범인들은 나타나지 않고 장관은 무사히 풀려난다. 범인들이 노리는 것은 과연 무엇인가? 김윤철과 유타로는 마침내 범인들의 목적을 알아내고 그들을 저지하기 위해 출동한다.

Japanese and korean movie Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
It is a very good mixed movie. It is more likely a Japanese style movie and it makes tomoya is very cool in this movie which is different from his usual Jp drama movie (being comedy/funny).

Although the casting is good, but the problem probably lies in the story which is quite similar to many other japanese police series.

Decent plot but poor direction Customer Review Rated Bad 4 - 4 out of 10
The plot is decent, similar to those Hollywood action movie. However, unlike hollywood directors who learned to keep action movie fast paced to maintain interest (e.g. Speed, Die Hard), this movie suffers from poor direction. It is so slow that I was tempted to stop watching the movie in numerous occasions. Some scenes are irrelevant to the movie. Exasperation would be an understatement. The director focus too much on character drama than action sequences on an action movie. Only the first 15 minutes is worthwhile watching. At least the Korean lead is macho in this movie! I give it 2 stars, one for the opening sequence and another for some insights into Korean culture. Nagase Tomoya should concentrate more on his singing career.

This movie is quite bad.
Totally not recommended...so few action scenes.
Most parts of the movie are boring...actually they are all boring!
