Must listen!!!
|
Hi there!! Just placed the order for her first album "Papillon" via Yesasia since it's hardly to find any of her CD in Malaysia. Knowing her by the song of "Papillon", and this "Shanti" album is the first album we able to get in Malaysia. Nothing much to say...but you will be regret if you missed out this album & singer!! Seriously!! I guarantee to all of the songs in the album are high quality. I do not know how to explain my feeling & comment on each and every songs, but definitely all of them are must listen!! Truly hope that Shimatani Hitomi will became more famous in the near future, just like Ayumi Hamasaki, or even more. Don't miss your opprotunity by knowing this new artist. |

She is...
She is...
| She is...an awesome pop/r&b singer! The CD opens up with the catchy 2 singles she released prior to the album. "Shanty" and "Amairo no Kami no Otome" are upbeat, cheerful pop songs. "Glorious Day" is another upbeat song with a Gospel-like chorus. My favorite album track. "A.S.A.P" doesn't disappoint either...it's mid-paced with a catchy beat. "She is..." is a cover with an urgent pace. "Remember of You" is pretty ballad [the only ballad really] with nice lyrics. "Yasashiii Kiss no Mitsukekata" is another great single with nice lyrics. Other notable tracks would be "farewell" and "Colors." The former is a b-side off one of her previous singles, but don't let that fool you! It's catchy and has lyrics written by Shimatani herself. The latter is a nice upbeat song that ends the original album tracks. If you liked the singles that were released before this album, buy this as soon as possible! |
