I do not know if this is a true to life story, but this animal picture made me cry.

Sad ending but Tetsu's dream of becoming an elephant came true. Worth watching. Animal picture with a heart.

A Shining Movie Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10

As I winged my way over the Pacific Ocean I discovered this little gem among the many movies on the playlist. For two hours I was enchanted by the story of a boy and his dream, and awed by the scenery in which the story takes place. Having visited some of the very same places where this movie was filmed I could identify with so much of it. Having had a similar dream I cried almost the whole way through.
The based-on-fact story carries with it lessons that the world would do well to heed, about conservation and protection of habitats....and about following your dreams.
